Day of Appointment

Arrive promptly at your appointment time

It is important that clients honor their appointment time to receive the full “Blyss Experience”, a private styling session with Timika in her cozy Hyde Park, Chicago suite. Due to the limited space, please arrive unaccompanied. Each client is given a 10 minute grace period. If you are running behind due to unforeseen circumstances, please call prior to your appointment time. If you do not inform the stylist in advance that you are running behind and you are more than 10 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your appointment and will be charged 50% of your appiontment service fee. Additionally, the location of the suite does not have a waiting room, but does have a few seats in the hall so if you arrive early, you can have a seat until your stylist is ready for you.

Locating the Salon Suite

Blyss Hair Salon is located inside of Sola Salon Suites at 1614 E. 53rd Street, Chicago, IL 60615 in suite 28. After you access our complimentary garage parking on the Cornell side of the building, you can find the suite by taking the parking garage elevator or stairs to the first floor. When you arrive on the first floor, exit the building and re-enter at the Sola Salon Suite entrance on 53rd street. The access code is 012 to be buzzed in. Parking Instructions

The “Blyss Experience” includes complimentary 3-hour parking. When you arrive at the building, please find the parking garage entrance on the Cornell side of the building. Drive up to the parking garage entrance, retrieve your parking ticket, and locate a park on any floor of the parking garage. Be sure to take your ticket with you so Timika can validate your parking.
